AGent workshops
DESCRIPTION
Join RAFCO Entertainment for an exclusive Agent Workshop designed to connect performers with industry professionals. Participants will take part in a Q&A session with a licensed talent agent, gaining insight into representation, auditions, and the entertainment industry, followed by the opportunity to perform prepared material. Designed for child actors through college-aged performers, this workshop offers valuable industry exposure and the chance to build meaningful professional connections.
Location
Workshops will take place at RAFCO Studios, located at 4250 Sunrise Highway, Massapequa, NY. Our studio is conveniently situated directly across from the Massapequa LIRR Station, making it easily accessible for actors and performers traveling from New York City and throughout Long Island.

show synopsis
Follows Veronica Sawyer, a high school student who becomes part of the popular but cruel clique known as the Heathers. As Veronica navigates popularity, bullying, and teenage pressure, she falls for the mysterious new student J.D., whose dangerous ideas quickly spiral out of control. When a series of shocking events changes Westerberg High forever, Veronica must find the courage to stand up for what is right and break free from the toxic social hierarchy around her.

VERONICA SAWYER
Vocal Range: Mezzo/Soprano (F3–D5)
Smart, witty, and quietly yearning to fit in, Veronica begins the story as an outsider navigating the brutal social hierarchy of high school. After unexpectedly joining the most powerful clique in school—The Heathers—she is thrust into a dark and dangerous world fueled by popularity, manipulation, and rebellion. Veronica is emotionally layered, sarcastic, vulnerable, and ultimately courageous. Strong acting ability and emotional depth are essential.
JASON “J.D.” DEAN
Vocal Range: Tenor/Baritone (A2–A4)
Mysterious, intelligent, charming, and deeply troubled. J.D. is the rebellious new kid with a dark worldview and magnetic charisma that immediately draws Veronica in. Beneath his confidence lies emotional instability and unresolved trauma. Requires a strong actor capable of balancing romance, intensity, humor, and menace
HEATHER CHANDLER
Vocal Range: Belt (A3–F5)
The ruthless and iconic queen bee of Westerberg High. Sharp-tongued, commanding, glamorous, and feared by everyone around her. Heather Chandler controls the social hierarchy with intimidation and confidence. Must have strong stage presence, comedic timing, and powerhouse vocals.
HEATHER MCNAMARA
Vocal Range: Mezzo/Soprano (G3–E5)
Bright, bubbly, and eager to please. Often viewed as the “sweetest” Heather, but underneath her cheerful exterior is a deep insecurity and vulnerability. Requires strong emotional acting and warm vocal quality.
HEATHER DUKE
Vocal Range: Mezzo/Belt (F3–D5)
Initially quiet and overlooked within the clique, Heather Duke slowly transforms into a power-hungry manipulator once given the opportunity. Sarcastic, resentful, and ambitious. Strong comedic instincts and character work are important.
MARTHA DUNNSTOCK
Vocal Range: Mezzo/Soprano (G3–F5)
Veronica’s longtime best friend. Kind-hearted, optimistic, awkward, and deeply genuine. Martha represents innocence and emotional honesty in a cruel environment. Requires a strong singer with heartfelt acting ability.
RAM SWEENEY
Vocal Range: Tenor/Baritone (C3–A4)
A popular football player who hides insecurity behind arrogance and immaturity. Loud, obnoxious, comedic, and often crude. Strong comedic timing and physicality required.
KURT KELLY
Vocal Range: Tenor (C3–B4)
Ram’s equally immature best friend and teammate. Cocky, athletic, and image-obsessed. Often performs as a comedic duo with Ram. Must work well in harmony and physical comedy
MS. FLEMING
Vocal Range: Alto/Mezzo (G3–C5)
The overly enthusiastic and performative guidance counselor at Westerberg High. She attempts to turn tragedy into self-serving inspiration. Big comedic role requiring excellent character acting and strong vocals.
NEW WAVE GIRL
A dramatic, alternative student with a strong sense of style and individuality. Often sarcastic and expressive.
STONER CHICK
Laid-back, rebellious, and detached from the chaos around her. Deadpan humor and strong character acting helpful.
HIPSTER DORK
Awkward, quirky student who exist outside the popular crowd. Often comedic and eccentric with strong personalities. Great opportunities for actors with comedic timing and character work.
PREPPY STUD
Affluent, polished, and socially conscious student obsessed with status and appearances.
