  • Assist in shooting and capturing video footage.

  • Ensure content meets platform specifications and brand standards.

  • Provide administrative support to the Social Media Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job: Talent Manager Assistant

Join our team at RAFCO Management as a Talent Manager Assistant! We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support our Talent Manager in providing top-notch representation and management services to our roster of talented artists and performers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Talent Manager in coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

  2. Aid in maintaining and organizing talent portfolios, including headshots, resumes, and other promotional materials.

  3. Serve as a liaison between talent, clients, and internal team members, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

  4. Assist in scouting for new talent and conducting preliminary assessments.

  5. Submit clients to brands using our company layout. 

  6. Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

 

Requirements:

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  3. Proficiency in Google Office.

  4. Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management.

  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  6. A passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to learn and grow in talent management.
